  1. HA: The Attorney General of Hawai’i, Anne E. Lopez spoke with the Department of Transportation, according to a memorandum, regarding the Alaska Airlines (ALK) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA) merger. They discussed the commitments made by Alaska Airlines for the future of Hawaiian Airlines and Hawaii consumers and the enforceability of those commitments.
  2. DO: Noble Corporation (NE) and Diamond Offshore Drilling (DO) announced the receipt of clearance from the Australia Competition & Consumer Commission, for the merger between Noble and Diamond Offshore.
  3. CTLT: Catalent (CTLT) announced it is unable to file its annual report with regulators on time as it requires additional time to complete “certain processes”. The company expects to file the annual report before the expiration of the 15-day extension period.
