Merger Arbitrage

1. MNTX: The acquisition of Manitex International, Inc. (MNTX) by Tadano Ltd., for a closing value of $223 million. Under the terms of the agreement, Manitex shareholders will receive $5.80 per share in cash.
2. WKME: The acquisition of WalkMe Ltd. (WKME) by SAP SE (SAP) was completed on September 12, 2024. It took 99 days for this deal to be completed.
3. INST: Instructure Holdings, Inc. (INST) and KKR (KKR) announced that the waiting period under the HSR Act expired with respect to their merger on September 9, 2024. The completion of the deal is currently expected to occur in the second half of 2024.
