Merger Arbitrage
- AGS: Shareholders of PlayAGS (AGS) approved the company’s merger with Brightstar Capital Partners at a special meeting of shareholders. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
- HCP: HashiCorp (HCP) and IBM (IBM) announced that they were notified by the UK CMA for the plans to initiate a Phase I review of the Merger on August 1, 2024. The Merger is anticipated to close by the end of 2024.
