1. INFN: Nokia (NOK) filed a Form F-4 for its acquisition of Infinera (INFN). The companies expect the Merger to close in the first half of 2025.
2. SQSP: Squarespace (SQSP) filed the preliminary proxy statement for its merger with Permira. The companies expect the merger to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
