1. MORF: The acquisition of Morphic Holding, Inc. (MORF) by Eli Lilly and Company (LLY) for a closing value of $3.2 billion. As per the terms of the agreement, Lilly will commence a tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Morphic for a purchase price of $57 per share in cash.
2. OLK: UK CMA cleared the anticipated acquisition of Olink Holding (OLK) by Thermo Fisher Scientific (TMO).
3. WRK: The merger of WestRock Company (WRK) and Smurfit Kappa (SMFTF) was completed on July 5, 2024. It took 297 days for this deal to be completed.
