1. SBOW: The acquisition of SilverBow Resources (SBOW) by Crescent Energy Company (CRGY) was completed on July 30, 2024. It took 75 days for this deal to be completed.
2. HA: Hawaiian Holdings (HA) announced the review period extension by DOJ to August 15, 2024, from August 5, 2024.
3. SDPI: Shareholders of Superior Drilling Products (SDPI) approved the company’s merger with Drilling Tools International (DTI) at a special meeting of shareholders held on July 29, 2024. The closing of the transaction is expected to occur on August 1, 2024.
