1. RCM: The Special Committee of the R1 RCM (RCM) announced it has set a final deadline for interested parties to submit fully financed bids on July 31, 2024, in connection with its review process.
2. BITF: Bitfarms (BITF) announced the adoption of a new shareholder rights plan effective August 6, 2024, following the Ontario Capital Markets Tribunal’s cease-trade of its poison pill, requiring ratification within six months and pending Toronto Stock Exchange acceptance.
