- BITF: Bitfarms (BITF) announced the adoption of a new shareholder rights plan effective August 6, 2024, following the Ontario Capital Markets Tribunal’s cease-trade of its poison pill, requiring ratification within six months and pending Toronto Stock Exchange acceptance.
