1. AY: Atlantica (AY) announced that the shareholder meeting to vote on its acquisition by Energy Capital Partners will be held on August 8, 2024.
2. SLCA: U.S. Silica Holdings (SLCA) announced that its shareholders approved their acquisition by Apollo Funds (APO) at a Special meeting of shareholders.
3. IBTX: SouthState (SSB) and Independent Bank (IBTX) filed their definitive proxy statement. The special meeting of shareholders for both the companies is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2024.
