1. OLK: The acquisition of Olink Holding AB (OLK) by Thermo Fisher Scientific (TMO) was completed on July 10, 2024. It took 267 days for the deal to be completed.
2. OSG: The acquisition of Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) by Saltchuk Resources was completed on July 10, 2024. It took 51 days for the deal to be completed.
3. ALE: Allete (ALE) filed a definitive proxy statement for its merger with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Global Infrastructure Partners. The special meeting of Allete stockholders is scheduled to be held on August 21, 2024.
