Merger Arbitrage

1. WKME: The acquisition of WalkMe Ltd. (WKME) by SAP SE (SAP), for a closing value of $1.5 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, SAP will acquire all outstanding shares of WalkMe for $14 per share in cash.
2. ETRN: EQT (EQT) and Equitrans (ETRN) filed a definitive proxy statement. The Special Meeting of Equitrans shareholders will be held on July 18, 2024. The deal is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2024.
3. ASTR: Astra Space, Inc. (ASTR) announced that it has filed a definitive Information Statement detailing an Agreement and Plan of Merger.
