1. SIX: Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (SIX) announced that the regulatory conditions for its merger with Cedar Fair (FUN) have been satisfied, permitting the companies to proceed with the closing of the merger.
2. WIRE: Encore Wire (WIRE) announced that its shareholders approved the acquisition of the company by Prysmian at a special meeting of shareholders.
3. OSG: Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) and Saltchuk Resources announced the expiration of the required waiting period under the HSR Act with respect to their previously announced cash tender offer.
