1. BEST: The acquisition of BEST Inc. (BEST) by BEST Global Partners, for a closing value of $54.2 million. Under the terms of the agreement, BEST will receive $2.88 in cash per ADS.
2. JNPR:  On June 19, 2024, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has initiated an inquiry into Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) proposed $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks (JNPR).
3. MOR:  On June 19, 2024 MorphoSys (MOR) announced that it has entered into a delisting agreement with Novartis’ (NVS).
