Merger Arbitrage

1. MCBC: Wintrust (WTFC) filed a Form S-4 for its merger with Macatawa Bank (MCBC). The special meeting of shareholders of Macatawa Bank will be held on July 31, 2024.
2. HTLF: UMB Financial (UMBF) filed a Form S-4 for its merger with Heartland Financial (HTLF). The companies expect to complete the merger in the first quarter of 2025.
3. FNCB: FNCB Bancorp (FNCB) and Peoples Financial Services (PFIS) announced receipt of all required regulatory approvals or waivers necessary to complete the merger. The merger is expected to close on July 1, 2024.
