1. SLCA: U.S. Silica Holdings (SLCA) filed the preliminary proxy statement for its merger with Apollo Funds (APO).
2. ERF: Shareholders of Enerplus Corporation (ERF) approved the company’s merger with Chord Energy Corporation (CHRD) at a special meeting of shareholders on May 24, 2024.
3. SNPO: Snap One Holdings Corp (SNPO) filed a definitive proxy statement. The companies expect to complete the merger before the end of June 2024.
