1. SQSP: The acquisition of Squarespace (SQSP) by Permira, for a closing value of $6.9 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, Squarespace stockholders will receive $44.00 per share in cash.
2. DCPH: ONO Pharmaceutical announced that they have commenced the tender offer to acquire Deciphera Pharmaceuticals (DCPH).
3. ZFOX:  The acquisition of ZeroFox Holdings (ZFOX) by Haveli Investments was completed on May 13, 2024. It took 97 days for this deal to be completed.
