Merger Arbitrage

1. ERF: On April 8, 2024, Enerplus Corporation (ERF) and Chord Energy Corporation (CHRD) announced that the waiting period under the HSR Act expired on April 5, 2024. Chord anticipates the special meeting of its stockholders to be held on May 14, 2024, while Enerplus anticipates that its shareholder meeting to be held in late May 2024.
2. MODN:  The acquisition of Model N Inc. (MODN) by Vista Equity Partners. Under the terms of the agreement, Vista Equity Partners will acquire all the outstanding shares of Model N for $30.00 per share in cash.
3. AIRC: The acquisition of Apartment Income REIT Corp. (AIRC) by Blackstone Inc (BX). Under the terms of the agreement, Blackstone will acquire all the outstanding shares of AIRC for $39.12 per share in cash.
