SMMF: On April 19, 2024, Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp (BHRB) and Summit Financial Group (SMMF) announced receipt of all required regulatory approvals or waivers necessary to complete the merger. The merger is expected to close on May 3, 2024. In addition, the Burke & Herbert board of directors has established July 15, 2024, as the date for its annual shareholder meeting.
MDC: The acquisition of M.D.C. Holdings (MDC) by Sekisui House (SKHSY) was completed on April 19, 2024. It took 92 days for this deal to be completed.
KAMN: The acquisition of Kaman Corporation (KAMN) by Arcline Investment Management was completed on April 19, 2024. It took 91 days for this deal to be completed.
