1. HAYN: On April 16, 2024, shareholders of Haynes International (HAYN) approved the company’s merger with North American Stainless at a special meeting of shareholders. The transaction is expected to close in the third calendar quarter of 2024.
2. MDC: On April 16, 2024, M.D.C. Holdings (MDC) announced that their merger with Sekisui House (SKHSY) is is expected to occur on April 19, 2024.
3. NGMS: As per NasdaqTrader, NeoGames (NGMS) announced on April 16, 2024, that they expect to hold a special shareholder meeting on April 25, 2024 for shareholders to vote to approve the proposed merger with Aristocrat Leisure Limited. If the merger is approved, it is tentatively scheduled to close on April 25, 2024.
