On 1st of April, 2024, a definitive merger agreement was announced between Nuvei Corporation (NVEI) and Advent International. The agreement entails a total enterprise value of approximately $6.3 billion.
As per the conditions set out in the agreement, Advent International will acquire Nuvei Corporation at a rate of $34 per share in cash.
