HAYN:On March 4, 2024, Haynes International (HAYN) and North American Stainless filed the requisite notification forms under the HSR Act with the DOJ and the FTC on February 16, 2024. They also filed notifications to CFIUS on March 1, 2024.
SOVO: Sovos Brands (SOVO) and Campbell Soup Company (CPB) received a Nasdaq delisting notice and the merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on March 12, 2024.
