1. DOMA: The acquisition of Doma Holdings, Inc. (DOMA) by Title Resources Group (TRG) for $179.43 million. Under the terms of the agreement, TRG would acquire all of the outstanding shares of Doma for $6.29 per share of common stock in an all-cash transaction.
2. PGTI: The acquisition of PGT Innovations (PGTI) by MITER Brands was completed on March 28, 2024. It took 71 days for this deal to be completed.
3. GTH: The acquisition of Genetron Holdings Limited (GTH) by New Genetron Holding Limited and Genetron New Co Limited was completed on March 28, 2024. It took 169 days for this deal to be completed.
