Upon completion of the merger, shareholders of $21.00 per share in cash at closing plus a non-transferable contingent value right (CVR) of $3.00 per share in cash payable upon the achievement of a specified regulatory milestone.
AYX:The acquisition of Alteryx (AYX) by Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners was completed on March 19, 2024. It took 92 days for this deal to be completed.
HAYN: Haynes International (HAYN) and North American Stainless reported that the waiting period under the HSR Act expired on March 18, 2024.
