1. KRTX: Karuna Therapeutics (KRTX) and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMY) announced that their merger is expected to be completed on March 18, 2024.
2. TGH: The acquisition of Textainer Group Holdings Limited (TGH) by Stonepeak was completed on March 14, 2024. It took 144 days for this deal to be completed.
3. SPLK:  As per Reuters, Cisco (CSCO) gains approval by the European Commission for the Splunk (SPLK) acquisition deal on March 14, 2024.
