1. ROVR: Rover Group (ROVR) announced the expiration of the 30-day go-shop period and that Rover did not receive any alternative acquisition proposals from any third party during that period. The transaction is currently expected to close in the first quarter of 2024.
2. SLGC: SomaLogic (SLGC) announced that Glass Lewis & Co. has recommended that SomaLogic stockholders vote “FOR” the pending merger with Standard BioTools at the company’s special meeting of stockholders to be held on January 4, 2024.
