- MRTX: Mirati Therapeutics by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMY) filed a Premerger Notification and Report Form under the HSR Act with the DOJ and the FTC on November 17, 2023. The required waiting period will expire on December 18, 2023.
- LVOX: LiveVox Holdings announced that the waiting period under the HSR Act expired on November 6, 2023.
