- VMW: The acquisition of VMware (VMW) by Broadcom (AVGO) was completed on November 22, 2023. It took 545 days for this deal to be completed.
- FRLN: The acquisition of Freeline Therapeutics Holdings (FRLN) by Syncona. Under the agreement, the newly established portfolio company will acquire all shares of Freeline not currently owned by Syncona for $6.50 per American Depositary Share (ADS).
- PACW: PacWest Bancorp (PACW) and Banc of California (BANC) announced that they each received the necessary stockholder approval for the proposed combination of Banc of California and PacWest.
