2. ESMT: EngageSmart (ESMT) and Vista Equity Partners filed a notification and report form with the FTC and DOJ on November 6, 2023.
3. SQNS: Renesas Electronics Corporation and Sequans Communications (SQNS) announced that Renesas has extended the expiration date of its tender offer to acquire Sequans from November 21, 2023, to December 6, 2023.
