1. CSTR: CapStar Financial Holdings, Inc. to be acquired by Old National Bancorp (ONB) for $344.4 million in an all-stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, each outstanding share of CapStar common stock will be converted into the right to receive 1.155 shares of Old National common stock.
2. GTH: We have updated the deal price for Genetron Holdings Limited (GTH) to $4.03 after the reverse split to reflect 15 ordinary shares per ADS and after subtracting $0.05 for the ADS fee.
3. HEP: Holly Energy Partners (HEP) by HF Sinclair Corporation (DINO) announced that the waiting period under the HSR Act expired on October 10, 2023. The special meeting of shareholders will be held on November 18, 2023.
