1. OLK: Olink Holding AB to be acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific (TMO) for $3.1 billion or $26 per share in cash.
2. CIR: CIRCOR International confirmed that all regulatory approvals relating to the merger have been received. The merger is expected to close before market hours on October 18, 2023.
3. HCCI: J.F. Lehman & Company completed the acquisition of Heritage-Crystal Clean.
