- BSQR: BSQUARE Corporation to be acquired by Kontron America, Incorporated for $1.90 per share in cash.
- GTH: The merger of Genetron Holdings Limited (GTH) with New Genetron Holding Limited and Genetron New Co Limited in a going private transaction, for a closing value of $126.44 million. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Genetron Holdings Limited will receive US$1.36 in cash per ADS (or US$4.08 in cash per ADS after the ADS Ratio Change).
- NATI: Emerson Electric (EMR) completed the acquisition of National Instruments Corporation (NATI).
