Microsoft is currently facing legal challenges from U.S. antitrust regulators as it pursues the acquisition of gaming behemoth Activision. These regulators are determined to obstruct the $69 billion deal, and legal proceedings are scheduled to take place in the coming weeks, as reported by Reuters.

The first legal dispute is scheduled to take place in a federal court in California from June 22 to June 29. If the proceedings advance, a subsequent conflict will ensue before an administrative law judge at the Federal Trade Commission, commencing on August 2.
