  1. MGI: Madison Dearborn Partners completed the acquisition of MoneyGram International (MGI).
  2. KBAL: HNI Corporation (HNI) completed the acquisition of Kimball International (KBAL)
  3. TCRR: Adaptimmune Therapeutics (ADAP) completed the acquisition of TCR2 Therapeutics (TCRR)

  1. SSYS: Stratasys (SSYS) receives an unsolicited non-binding proposal from 3D Systems (DDD) to acquire Stratasys for $7.50 in cash and 1.2507 newly issued shares of common stock of 3D Systems per ordinary share of Stratasys.
  2. MEIP: MEI Pharma Board rejects an unsolicited proposal from Anson Advisors, Cable Car Capital to take the company private.
