EMBK: Embark Technology (EMBK) to be acquired by Applied Intuition for $71 million or $2.88 per share in cash. CS: The European Commission unconditionally approved the merger between Credit Suisse (CS) and UBS Group AG (UBS) under the EU Merger Regulation. NATI: National Instruments Corporation (NATI) announced that the special meeting of stockholders will be on June 29, 2023. VMW: VMware (VMW) announced that Karen Dykstra will take on the role as CFO and EVP in addition to her current role as a member of the VMware Board of Directors. Current VMware CFO and EVP Zane Rowe will be leaving the company, effective June 9, 2023.
