- Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated (RBA) completed the acquisition of IAA, Inc. (IAA).
- Argo Group International Holdings (ARGO) announced that the special meeting of stockholders will be on April 19, 2023. Argo Group and Brookfield Reinsurance (BNRE) filed the required notifications with the Antitrust Division and the FTC on March 8, 2023.
