Merger Arbitrage
- Ranger Oil Corporation (ROCC) to merge with Baytex Energy Corp. (BTE) for $2.5 billion in a cash plus stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, Ranger shareholders will receive a fixed ratio of 7.49 shares of Baytex and $13.31 in cash for each Ranger share.
- Duck Creek Technologies (DCT) announced that the special meeting of stockholders will be on March 28, 2023.
- Thoma Bravo completed the acquisition of Coupa Software Incorporated (COUP).
