Merger Arbitrage

1. INDUS Realty Trust (INDT) is to be acquired by Centerbridge Partners for $868 million or $67 per share in cash.
2. Partners Bancorp (PTRS) and LINKBANCORP (LNKB) to combine a transformational merger of equals. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Partners Bancorp will receive 1.15 shares of LINK stock for each Partners share they own.
3. Optum completed the acquisition of LHC Group (LHCG).
