1. The acquisition of Radisys Corporation (RSYS) by Reliance Industries Limited for $100.94 million or $1.72 per share in cash.
2. The acquisition of Juniper Pharmaceuticals (JNP) by Catalent (CTLT) for $111.22 million or $11.50 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of Xplore Technologies (XPLR) by Zebra Technologies Corporation (ZBRA) for $83.96 million or $6.00 per share in cash.
