- The acquisition of ARM Holdings (ARMH) by SoftBank Group for $32 billion. Under the terms of the acquisition, each ARM Shareholder will be entitled to receive 1,700 pence in cash for each ARM share. Each ARM ADR represents three underlying ARM shares.
- The acquisition of Golden Enterprises (GLDC) by Utz Quality Foods for $135 million or $12.00 per share in cash.
- The acquisition of Joy Global (JOY) by Komatsu America for $3.7 billion or $28.30 per share in cash.
