- The acquisition of Sagent Pharmaceuticals (SGNT) by Nichi-Iko Pharmaceutical for $736 million or $21.75 per share in cash.
- The acquisition of Ocean Shore Holding (OSHC) by OceanFirst Financial (OCFC) for $145.6 million in a cash plus stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Ocean Shore Holding will receive $4.35 in cash and 0.9667 shares of OceanFirst common stock for each share of Ocean Shore common stock.
- The acquisition of Imprivata (IMPR) by an affiliate of Thoma Bravo for $544 million or $19.25 per share in cash.
