- The acquisition of Lexmark International (LXK) by a consortium of investors led by Apex Technology and PAG Asia Capital for $3.6 billion or $40.50 per share in cash.
- The acquisition of Hansen Medical (HNSN) by Auris Surgical Robotics for $80 million or $4.00 per share in cash.
