2. The acquisition of Alere (ALR) by Abbott Laboratories (ABT) for $5.8 billion or $56.00 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of LoJack Corporation (LOJN) by CalAmp (CAMP) for $134 million or $6.45 per share in cash.
