- The acquisition of Cape Bancorp (CBNJ) by OceanFirst Financial (OCFC) for $208.1 million in a cash plus stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Cape Bancorp will receive $2.25 in cash and 0.6375 shares of OceanFirst common stock for each share of Cape common stock.
