- The acquisition of NewBridge Bancorp (NBBC) by Yadkin Financial Corporation (YDKN) for $456 million in an all stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of NewBridge Bancorp will receive 0.50 shares of Yadkin’s common stock for each share of NewBridge.
- The acquisition of FX Energy (FXEN) by ORLEN Upstream for $119 million or $1.15 per share in cash.
- The acquisition of Wausau Paper (WPP) by SCA for $513 million or $10.25 per share in cash.
