- The acquisition of Atmel Corporation (ATML) by Dialog Semiconductor (DLGNF) for $4.4 billion in a cash plus stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Atmel Corporation will receive $4.65 in cash and 0.112 of a Dialog American Depository Share for each Atmel common share held.
