2. The acquisition of Vimicro International (VIMC) by Vimicro China in a going private transaction for $13.50 per ADR in cash.
3. The acquisition of Timberline Resources Corporation (TLR) by Waterton Precious Metals Fund II Cayman for $0.58 per share in cash.
