- The acquisition of Dealertrack Technologies (TRAK) by Cox Automotive for $4 billion or $63.25 per share in cash.
- The acquisition of Metalico (MEA) by Total Merchant Limited for $87 million or $0.60 per share in cash.
- The acquisition of Kythera Biopharmaceuticals (KYTH) by Allergan (AGN) for $2.1 billion or $75.00 per share in cash. The fixed-value transaction consideration will be payable 80 percent in cash and 20 percent in new AGN shares issued to KYTHERA shareholders. Since this is a “fixed value” transaction, we are treating it as an all cash deal.
