1. The acquisition of Hyperion Therapeutics (HPTX) by Horizon Pharma (HZNP) for $1.1 billion or $46.00 per share in cash.
2. The acquisition of Catamaran Corporation (CTRX) by OptumRx, UnitedHealth Group’s (UNH) free-standing pharmacy care services business for $12.8 billion or $61.50 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of Cellular Dynamics International (ICEL) by FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation for $307 million or $16.5 per share in cash.
