- The acquisition of LRR Energy (LRE) by Vanguard Natural Resources (VNR) for $539 million in an all stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of LRR Energy will receive 0.55 Vanguard common units per LRE common unit.
- The acquisition of Procera Networks (PKT) by private funds managed by Francisco Partners Management, L.P. for $240 million or $11.50 per share in cash.
- The acquisition of Associated Estates Realty Corporation (AEC) by Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM) for $2.5 billion or $28.75 per share in cash.
