1. The acquisition of MWI Veterinary Supply (MWIV) by AmerisourceBergen Corporation (ABC) for $2.5 billion or $190 per share in cash.
2. The acquisition of NPS Pharmaceuticals (NPSP) by Shire plc (SHPG) for $5.2 billion or $46.00 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of Courier Corporation (CRRC) by Quad/Graphics (QUAD) for $260 million or $20.50 per share in cash.
