- The acquisition of Compuware Corporation (CPWR) by Thoma Bravo for $2.5 billion or approximately $10.92 per share in cash. The number is approximate because it includes an estimated payment $0.67 per Compuware share related to distribution of Covisint (COVS) shares owned by Compuware.
- The acquisition of Bolt Technology (BOLT) by Teledyne Technologies (TDY) for $171 million or $22.00 per share in cash.
